  • How do I make a restaurant booking?
    You can call us on 01434344534, email us at or book via social media. We will then confirm your booking.
  • Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
    We have a wide and varied menu catering for all dietary requirements and our chefs want you to enjoy your dining experience so please let us know before your visit if you cant find anything on our menu to suit.
  • Is the Twice Brewed family friendly?
    We are a family owned hotel where a warm welcome awaits everyone. We have a children's menu and family rooms available. Our stunning garden is spacious and provides a great place for children to explore, see wildlife and enjoy the great outdoors. We have regular planetarium showings, with a variety of shows for children of all ages ( and host family special stargazing events throughout Winter & Spring. On lighter evenings, we have virtual stargazing events in our planetarium 360 dome which are perfect for children of all ages.
  • Do you allow dogs in the restaurant?
    While we are dog friendly in the bar, beer garden, tap room and some rooms, the restaurant is 'dog free'. On pre-booking request, we can sit you in our Tap Room which is a private room just off the restaurant for a quieter dining experience.
  • How do I reserve a room in the hotel?
    You can use the booking portal over on our "Stay" page to book online, or you can email us at or call Reception on 01434 344534
  • Do I need to pay upfront?
    We ask for a £40.00 deposit to secure a room
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Should you need to cancel providing you let us know 48 hours prior to your stay, your deposit is fully refundable.
  • What time is Check-in and Check-out?
    Check in is from 2.30pm and Check out is by 10.30am. We can often accomodate different check in times, but please contact us in advance to arrange this.
  • Are towels and toiletries provided?
    Body wash, shampoo, and towels are all provided
  • Is there bag storage?
    We have safe storage for your luggage
  • Do you offer baggage transfer for walkers?
    We do not provide this service in-house but work closely with local baggage transfer service, Hadrian's Haul. You can book directly through them or we would be happy to help you arrange this with advanced notice. Web – Email – Tel – 077 99 82 82 82
  • Do you offer bike hire?
    We do not offer this service in-house but can help you to arrange with a local bike rental company with advanced notice.
  • Are dogs allowed in the room?
    We have 6 dog friendly rooms available
  • What time is the reception desk open?
    From 7 am til 6 pm
  • Is there parking?
    We have a large car park to the east of the Inn.
  • Can I park my campervan on site?
    We welcome campervans to the Twice brewed. Camper vans/Caravans must be pre-booked as we limit the number of vans. Overnight permits cost £20 which can be paid over the phone or on arrival.
